Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in, or I didn't get the confirmation email or code.

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder, and make sure you typed your email address correctly. Messages can take a few minutes to arrive. If nothing comes, request a new one from the app's sign-in screen.

Still stuck? Email [email protected] from the address you registered with, and we'll help.

How do I report or block someone?

Tap ⋯ on the post, profile or message, then choose Report or Block. Every report is reviewed by a person, and we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Blocking takes effect immediately.

Read more in our Community Guidelines.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → ☰ → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, posts and photos.

If you can't access the app, use our account deletion page. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that separately in your store account settings.

How do I request deletion of my data?

You can ask us to delete specific personal data, without necessarily deleting your account, on our data deletion page. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple or Google as well.

I have a child safety concern.

Report it in the app, or email [email protected]. See our Child Safety Standards. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
