Delete from within the app

You can delete your Cossy account at any time from the app: go to Profile, tap the ☰ menu and choose Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the form below and we will process the request for you.

How to request account deletion

Use the form below to request deletion of your Cossy account and associated personal data. We verify each request to protect your account from unauthorized actions.

What is deleted

• Account and profile details, including your display name, bio, avatar, and links
• Content you created, such as posts, images, comments, cosplans, and budgets
• Your chat messages and event attendance tied to your account
• Support messages tied to your account (where legally possible)

What may be retained

• Records required for legal, tax, or accounting obligations
• Security and anti-abuse logs required for fraud prevention and dispute handling
• Messages already delivered to other users may persist for those recipients

Processing time

We typically process deletion requests within 30 days.
