Automation & AI 7
- 660 searches every nightAutomationClient project
Nightly job import in 10 countries
Every night it collects skilled-trade job ads from 10 European countries, translates them into Hungarian and German, and publishes them on a job board. New jobs are posted to the board's Facebook page, expired ads are checked every hour, and a weekly job digest goes out every Monday.
- 3 sources, 1 job boardAutomationClient project
Hospitality job feed with Facebook posting
It collects hospitality jobs from three job sources, drops ads older than 14 days, picks a matching image for each, and imports them into a job board on a schedule. Every new job is posted to the board's Facebook page automatically.
- 28 sites, every 30 minutesAutomationClient project
Security watch over a fleet of WordPress sites
After a malware clean-up, a scheduled read-only scan checked 28 WordPress sites every 30 minutes: WordPress core files, admin users, scheduled tasks, uploads and known infection markers. It only raised an alert when it found something real.
- Orders straight to the sellerAutomationClient project
Marketplace orders sent to sellers' own systems
Every order and status change on a multi-vendor marketplace reaches the seller's own system within a minute. If a seller's system is down, it keeps retrying for up to two days without holding up the other sellers.
- From video to language levelAI automationClient project
AI screening of candidates' Japanese
When a candidate uploads a video introduction, the system transcribes what they say and AI rates their Japanese. The employer sees the level right on the application, without watching every video first.
- Checked questions, in batchesAI automationOur own project
AI question factory for a party game
On a schedule, AI writes new quiz questions by topic. Each batch is checked automatically for duplicates, weak answers and profanity, and the approved questions are published into the live game.
- Inbox to task boardAutomationClient project
Emails into tasks, replies from the task
Incoming client emails become tasks on the team's project board, with automated mails filtered out. When the team replies in a comment on the task, the reply goes back to the client as an email, with the company signature.
