How to reach us

Email us and we will get back to you, usually within two working days. Tell us your device model, your OS version, and the app version from the home screen so we are not guessing.

How the game works

• Placing a piece: Tap one of the coloured buttons at the bottom. The piece it holds drops instantly onto its marked spot on the board. There is no dragging.
• The timer: The bar above the buttons is your time for this placement. Let it run out, or tap a piece that does not fit, and you take a strike. Three strikes end the run.
• Fever: Tap quickly and the gauge on the left fills. At halfway you reach HOT (x1.5 points), and at full FEVER (x2, climbing further the longer you hold it). Hesitate and it drains away.
• Combo: Clearing lines back to back stacks a separate multiplier on top of fever. A misfit resets it.
• Trap zones: A zone marked as a trap costs you if you tap it. Check the marking before you commit -- that is the skill the later tiers test.

Purchases

• A coin pack did not arrive: Close and reopen the game first -- a purchase confirmed after the app was backgrounded is applied on the next launch. If the coins are still missing, email us with the order reference from your App Store or Google Play receipt and we will sort it out.
• Restoring purchases: Coin packs are consumable: once spent, they are used up and cannot be restored. Themes you bought with coins stay unlocked on the device they were bought on.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or the Google Play order history. We are happy to help you make the case.

Progress and data

• Where progress is stored: On your device only. There is no account and no cloud save, so progress does not follow you to a new phone.
• Progress disappeared: Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage, deletes it permanently. We cannot recover it, because we never had a copy.
• Deleting your data: Uninstall the game. That removes everything it stored.

Accessibility

• Every board zone is marked by shape as well as colour, so the game is fully playable without colour discrimination.
• A run can be paused at any time from the button in the top right.
• If something about the game is hard to read or hard to reach, tell us. We would rather fix it than hear about it in a review.

Bug reports

The game has no crash reporting built in, which means we genuinely do not know a bug exists until someone tells us. If you can say what you were doing when it happened, that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
