Help with the Lie2Me party game

Lie2Me is a social party bluffing game made by nstudio (Hungary). You write two lies and one truth about yourself, your friends vote on which statement they think is actually true, and you score for every friend you fool — and for every bluff you see through.

This page is the fastest way to get help, report a player, or find out how to delete your account.

Get help

Email us at [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days, and within 24 hours for reports about player safety.

So we can solve it on the first reply, please include your Lie2Me display name and player ID (Settings → About), your device and OS version, the app version, a short description of what happened, and screenshots if you have them.

Reporting abusive players and content

Every statement in Lie2Me is written by a player, so the game has reporting built in. During a match, tap the ⋯ icon next to a statement or a player's name and choose Report, then pick a reason: offensive content, harassment, spam, or impersonation.

Reports are reviewed by a person, and we act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we remove the statement, warn the player, or ban the account.

You can also block someone from your friend list: open Friends, tap the player, then Block. Blocking takes effect immediately — that player is removed from your friend list, cannot send you friend requests or invites, and you will not see their statements.

If something is urgent or involves a risk to a person, email [email protected] with the player's name, roughly when the match took place, and a screenshot. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

How fast we respond

General support: within 2 business days. Reports about abusive players or content: within 24 hours. Account deletion requests: completed within 30 days, usually much sooner, with a confirmation email.

We are a small Hungarian studio and answer in English and Hungarian.

Frequently asked questions

I can't sign in, or I lost my progress.

Lie2Me accounts come in three flavours, all handled by Firebase Authentication: a guest (anonymous) account, an email and password, or Google Sign-In.

A guest account only exists on the device that created it. If you reinstall the app, clear its data, or switch phones, that account cannot be recovered — not even by us. Link it to an email address or to Google in Settings → Account to keep your coins, saved statements and stats.

For an email account, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and check your spam or promotions folder; the message can take a few minutes. For Google Sign-In, make sure you pick the same Google account you originally signed up with. Still stuck? Write to [email protected] from the address you registered with.

A friend request or a game invite isn't arriving.

Check that you and your friend are both on the latest app version, and that notifications are enabled for Lie2Me in your device settings — invites arrive as push notifications.

Your friend list belongs to your account, not to your phone, so signing in on a new device brings it with you. The exception is a guest account, which cannot move between devices.

If the invite still doesn't arrive, send us both player IDs and roughly when it was sent.

How do I manage, cancel or get a refund for a purchase?

In-app purchases and subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple and Google, not by us. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds are also requested from Apple or Google.

Deleting your Lie2Me account does not cancel a subscription and does not refund anything. If you want to stop being billed, cancel in the store first, then delete your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. If you cannot open the app or you have lost access to your sign-in method, use our account deletion page and we will process the request for you within 30 days.

Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what data we hold, what gets deleted, and what we have to keep.

Can I play without an account?

Yes — you can start as a guest and play straight away. You will need to link an email address or Google account if you want your friend list and progress to survive a reinstall or a new phone.

I found a bug or have a feature idea.

Send it to [email protected] with your app version and, for a bug, the steps that trigger it. We read everything, and a surprising number of our features started as a player's email.
