How to request data deletion
Use the form below to request deletion of specific or all personal data related to your Cossy usage. In some cases, your account can remain active while selected data is deleted.
Examples of data that can be deleted
- Optional profile information, such as your bio, avatar, and links
- Individual posts, images, or comments you have shared
- Support messages and attachments (where legally possible)
- Diagnostic and push notification identifiers linked to your profile
Data that may be retained
- Records required for legal compliance
- Security and anti-abuse logs retained for a limited period
- Content already delivered to other users, such as messages they received
Processing time
We typically process data deletion requests within 30 days.
