1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by nstudio.hu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

nstudio.hu provides web development, design, and digital marketing services. The specific scope of work will be outlined in individual project agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our website are owned by nstudio.hu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any project
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are quoted in EUR unless otherwise specified

5. Project Timelines

We provide estimated timelines for all projects. However, final delivery depends on timely client feedback and provision of required materials. Delays caused by the client may extend the project timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

nstudio.hu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
