Email [email protected]. We usually reply within one working day, and review every safety report within 24 hours.

To help us help you, include the email address of your Slowburn account, your phone model and iOS/Android version, and what happened.

Report someone: open their profile or your conversation with them, tap the menu (…) and choose Report, then pick a reason. The person is not told who reported them. We review every report within 24 hours and remove content and users that break our Terms.
Block someone: tap the menu (…) → Block. They can no longer see or message you, and your match with them is removed.
Unmatch: tap the menu (…) → Unmatch. The conversation is deleted for both of you.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Edit your profile or photos: go to your profile and tap Edit.
Sign out: the Me tab → Sign out.
Delete your account: the Me tab → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, matches and messages. If you can no longer open the app, email us from your account’s address and we will delete it for you.
Forgot your password: email us from your account’s address and we will help you regain access.

Why can’t I save my bio or send a message? Slowburn filters offensive words. Rephrase and try again.
Why am I not seeing anyone? Slowburn is new and you may have seen everyone near your preferences for now. Check back later.
Who can use Slowburn? Adults aged 18 and over only.
