2. Deposit Refunds

The initial 50% deposit is generally non-refundable as it covers the initial research, planning, and design work that begins immediately upon project commencement. However, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion if the project is cancelled before significant work has begun.

3. Project Cancellation

By the Client

• Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus administrative fees
• Cancellation during the project: Refund of remaining balance minus work completed
• Cancellation after delivery: No refund available

We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client fails to provide required materials, feedback, or payment within reasonable timeframes. In such cases, refunds will be calculated based on work completed.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer unlimited revisions during the project to ensure your satisfaction. If you're not happy with the direction of the project, we'll work with you to find a solution before considering cancellation.

5. Refund Process

6. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

7. Exceptions

Custom development work, third-party integrations, and domain/hosting fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed or the services have been activated.
