Lumino Rush Privacy Policy

1. The Short Version

Lumino Rush is a mobile game developed by nstudio. It has no accounts and no sign-in, it shows no ads, and it contains no analytics or tracking SDK. Your scores, stars, coins and settings are stored on your device and nowhere else.

The game does not ask for any device permission, and it plays fully offline.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data through the game. There is no account to create, no profile, no username and no email address.

• Game progress: Your best scores, completed levels, stars, coins, purchased themes and settings are saved in the app's own storage on your device. They are not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes them.
• Purchases: If you buy a coin pack, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google. We never see your payment card details. Our purchase provider, RevenueCat, receives a randomly generated app user ID and the receipt so the purchase can be validated and restored.
• Game balance file: The game may download a small static configuration file we host, used to adjust game balance. Like any web request, this means the hosting provider's server logs can record your IP address and the time of the request. The file contains no personal data and the game sends none.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not show advertising and include no advertising SDK.
• We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not build an advertising profile.
• We do not use analytics, attribution or crash-reporting SDKs.
• We do not sell or rent personal data. We have none to sell.
• We do not ask for your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera.

4. Service Providers

Two third parties are involved in running the game, and only for the purposes described above:

• Apple / Google: process in-app purchases under their own privacy policies.
• RevenueCat: validates and restores those purchases. It receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase receipt data, not your name or email address.

5. Children's Privacy

Lumino Rush is rated for all ages and is safe for children to play. Because the game collects no personal data from anyone, it collects none from children either. It contains no chat, no user-generated content, no social features and no links out to the web.

In-app purchases are available and are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Parents can disable them in the device's own parental controls.

6. Your Rights

Because your game data lives on your device and we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export or erase on request. Uninstalling the game removes every piece of data it stored.

If you have made a purchase and want the associated purchase records removed, contact us with your Apple or Google order reference and we will pass the request to our purchase provider.

If you are in the EU or UK, this does not limit your rights under the GDPR; it simply means that in the ordinary case there is no personal data held.

7. Data Retention and Security

Game progress is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the game. Purchase records are retained by Apple, Google and RevenueCat for as long as their own policies and applicable tax and accounting law require.

8. Changes to This Policy

If a future version of the game collects anything new, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
