Account deletion request information
1. Request Deletion
Send a deletion request from your registered email address to [email protected].
Include your full name, phone number, and the email address linked to your driver account.
2. Verification
We may ask for identity verification before deleting your account for security purposes.
- Government ID check may be requested
- Verification call may be requested for account protection
3. Deletion Timeline
Most requests are processed within 30 days. Some billing or legal records may be retained as required by law.
4. What Gets Deleted
- Driver profile and account access
- Stored session and device tokens
- Optional profile metadata not required by law
